There are many great resources available on Lucid Dreaming. Here are a few I have personally used and found beneficial.

Books On Lucid Dreaming
Exploring The World of Lucid Dreaming by Stephen LeBerge – one of the first books available on the subject and a classic.
Lucid Dreaming: A Concise Guide to Awakening in Your Dreams and in Your Life by Stephen LeBerge – an updated guide that includes a CD.
Lucid Dreaming: Gateway to the Inner Self by Robert Waggoner. A great resource – I can’t begin to tell you how much this book expanded my horizons!
The Art of Lucid Dreaming by Rebecca Turner – a great book to get you started, especially if you are new to lucid dreaming.
Sleep Paralysis: A Guide to Hypnagogic Visions and Visitors of the Night by Ryan Hurd – if you have experienced this, you will recognize it immediately: you wake up but you can’t move, and you sense a presence in the room. Ryan explains his own struggle with this phenomena (which is part of the way our bodies function naturally) and how it can be used as a jumping off point for both lucid dreaming and out of body experiences.
The Tibetan Yogas of Dream and Sleep by Tenzin Wangyal Rinpoche – surprise! Lucid dreaming is a spiritual practice in several religions, much like meditation. There are many interesting ideas here as the Buddhists have practiced lucid dreaming for centuries.
Advanced Lucid Dreaming: The Power of Supplements by Thomas Yuschak – there are many supplements and herbs that can influence and enable lucid dreaming and other altered states. This book is the best guide available for supplements that are available as OTC supplements.
Robert Moss Books
As Robert Moss has a whole slew of books out relating to lucid dreaming and dreaming in general, I am grouping them together for ease of readability. He is one of the few authors out there exploring my territory – the area where the dream and the consensus reality of those who are what we call dead – overlap. He also has a history of dreaming – this information is not easy to find elsewhere.
